Does my insurance cover online therapy?

Many insurance companies cover tele-counseling. We can check with your insurance company to verify your coverage. Patients are responsible for copayment and deductibles.

I currently don't have insurance. Can I pay privately for telecounseling/coaching?

Yes. We will send you a credit card authorization form for you to complete and sign. We will charge your credit card before your session.

Will my session still be private?

Absolutely. We are HIPAA compliant. Our sessions are 100% secure and private.

Can I do couple or family counseling online?

Of course you may. We will send you the necessary forms to complete and return back to us.  

Do you do video or phone therapy?

Both. Whatever is your preference. Just let your therapist know what you prefer before your session. If you wish to use video, you will be sent a link to join the session. All video sessions are HIPAA compliant.

Do you offer flexible hours?

Yes we do. Evening and weekend hours are available to accommodate your schedule. 

Are online counseling sessions as effective as face-to-face counseling?

The research shows that online counseling is as effective as face-to-face counseling.

How will I pay for my copayment or session?

We will send you a credit card authorization form to complete and return to us before our first session. We will bill your credit card on file before your session.

As a new patient, can I take advantage of online counseling services?

Yes! We will send you the appropriate paperwork to complete prior to your initial session with your therapist.

I am currently a patient at your office, but I have only done face-to-face counseling. Am I eligible to do online or tele-counseling?

Absolutely. You will have to complete a few additional forms to authorize us to do online or tele-counseling. You will also need to complete the credit card authorization form so that we can charge for your copayment or session if you are a private-pay patient.

Can I do telecounseling/coaching if I don’t live in Florida?

Yes. Everyone is eligible to do telecounseling/coaching. Contact us and we will work with you to get you the support you need.

How do I get started?

If you are currently one of our patients, you can contact your therapist directly and she will get you started. If you are a new patient or do not have your therapist’s contact information, you may respond to this email or call and leave a message at (954) 903-9426.
